Workshop Length: 4 hours
Take your cardio kickboxing classes to the next level - learn proper form and technique for punches, kicks, strikes and blocks as well as sports conditioning drills. Modifications, challenge progressions, safety and cueing are taught, while you learn how to motivate and create "the mood" for your kickboxing classes.
