Yoga Pilates Blend

Workshop Length: 2 - 4 hours

Learn a wonderfully creative way to teach a yoga-pilates blend class by fusing standing pilates into standing yoga work; then finish with mat-based yoga and pilates. The perfect blend of strength and stretch, this format flows seamlessly and smoothly without constant transitions from mat to standing. Students will love the exciting combination of different styles, while still focusing on the elements that pilates and yoga have in common such as breath, concentration, spinal alignment, and quality movement.
