Learn teaching techniques for Gliding™ including cueing and exercise progressions. Cardio, muscle-sculpting, step, BOSU®, kickboxing, core and flexibility programming included.

Gliding™ Core & Flexibility: Integrate Gliding™ into Pilates and physical therapy based core stability and mobility training. Learn exercise goals, sequencing, modifications, progressions, cueing and corrective techniques in order to provide a results-oriented, multi-level core training class.

Using the Gliding™ discs this workshop will introduce new ways to exercise the same old muscles. Using bodyweight-only and discs as well as progressions with weights you will learn technique, cueing and progressions to help you create a cutting-edge and effective strength training workout.
