BOSU® Integrated Balance Training Specialty Course

Workshop Length: 4 hours

Balance and Body Equilibrium are the keys to effective movement and sports performance. The BOSU Balance Trainer program is a modular training system that helps improve proprioception and balance within every component of fitness. In this workshop you'll learn exercises and movement patterns that will challenge your balance during cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training. Each training module integrates balance, stability and body awareness for total body, functional fitness.

This is a course which will cover the basics: science of functional training, movement patterns, cueing & progressions, class design. Also a good course for personal trainers, it covers body mechanics and progressions for stability and body-weight training in supine, supine-incline, prone, side-lying, and seated positions.
