Workshop Length: 2 - 4 hours

BOSU® Interval Training Exercise for Muscular Endurance Take your BOSU® training to the next level with this workshop. With a strong emphasis on resistance training and progressions using free weights and tubing on the BOSU®, participants will learn how to safely integrate these strength training techniques to group fitness classes and personal training sessions. Also covered in this workshop will be aerobic and anaerobic movement patterns that can be added to create an exciting and challenging interval workout session - whether working in a rhythmic (group fitness) or non-rhythmic (personal training or sports-oriented) setting.

NOTE: It is recommended that participants have taken the BOSU® Integrated Balance Training Specialty Course prior to this workshop.
